When will my order arrive?

We prepare and ship all orders within 24 hours.

After shipping, your package typically arrives within 6 to 9 business days.

During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, etc.), delivery might take a bit longer, thanks for your patience!

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is 100% free, always.

No extra fees, no surprises. Just fast, reliable delivery straight to your door.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an email with all the tracking instructions.

To follow your package in real time, including location updates, simply go to our tracking page and enter your order details.

You’ll be able to see exactly where your parcel is at every step of the delivery.

I haven’t received any confirmation or tracking email.

Please double-check your spam or junk folders.

If it’s not there, use the contact form below and we’ll resend everything you need.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

My package is late, what should I do?

We aim to ship on time, but delays can occasionally occur during busy seasons.

If your package is taking longer than expected, don’t worry, reach out via the form below and we’ll take care of it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, but only within the first 4 hours after your purchase.

After that, the order may already be processing. If needed, you can wait for it to arrive and request a return.

BELT QUESTIONS

How do I shorten my belt?

  1. Measure & Trim – Wrap the belt around your waist to find the ideal length, leaving about 5 extra inches. Cut the excess from the buckle end using scissors.
  2. Secure & Lock – Insert the strap into the buckle, press down firmly, and let the metal teeth grip the leather securely.
  3. Wear & Adjust – Slide the belt through your belt loops from right to left. To release, simply press the button underneath the buckle.

How much should I cut off?

It depends on your waist size.

We recommend cutting little by little until you reach the ideal length.

Use the measurement guides inside the strap to assist you.

Do you offer larger sizes?

Yes, we also offer an XL version (150 cm / 60 in) for extra comfort.

What materials are the belts made of?

  • Our belts are crafted from premium split leather,

  • Buckles are made from solid metal for a polished finish and long-lasting strength.

  • Standard size: 130 cm long (50 in), 3.5 cm wide (1.4 in).

Is the belt nickel-free?

No — our buckles contain nickel.

If you have a nickel allergy, please take this into consideration before ordering.
